This is a champagne drink with a very different flavor to it.
Ingredients:

1 oz Pernod
3 oz Champagne
1 oz mandarin juice
Crushed ice

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a wine flute
Garnish with a cherry and serve.

A Bellini is a great drink to order when you want something cold and fruity, but still want to look sophisticated. There are about a million variations of this drink (even the classic version - go figure). I like to order these in the summer with a salad.

This is a variation on Milk Punch. This is a drink that can be served cold or hot. And since the weather is not all that predictable in September here in Oklahoma, I thought it was appropriate to have a versatile drink for the weekend. Enjoy!
Ingredients

1 oz brandy
1 oz dark rum
1 tsp sugar
2 drops vanilla [...]

Super sweet and tasty!
Ingredients:

1 oz 42BELOW Kiwi vodka
1 oz watermelon juice
1 sliced kiwi

Preparation

Pour the Midori, kiwi vodka and watermelon juice over ice into the shaker.
Shake well.
Strain and pour into martini glass.
Garnish with kiwi slice.

A fresh drink for a steamy afternoon.
Ingredients:

20 sprigs fresh mint
2 oz. simple syrup
4 oz. fresh lime juice
10 oz. light rum
10 oz. Peach Schnapps
Ginger Ale
2-4, 8 inch stalks of sugar cane

Preparation

In a large pitcher, stir the mint, simple syrup and lime juice until the mint is aromatic.
Add rum and peach schnapps.
Stir lightly to blend.

1/2 Cup fresh lime juice
2/3 cup tequila
1/4 cup Cointreau®
1 cup cubed mango
1-2 cups ice cubes
2-4 tablespoons raspberry puree
