The Yoga of Star Wars

Star Wars Yoga pose It is no secret as to how crazy things have been around my house lately. Sometimes I feel like I am constantly running from one place to another. So today I thought it might be a nice day for everything to slow down. America changed today, so I think I can too (at least for a little while). To that end I am taking up Yoga.
