Plugged in

Is there anyone out there who knows what kind of plug this is? I had an electrician out to my house recently that couldn’t even identify it, but I know there has got to be somebody out there in the great big web that knows something about it.

How about it? Anyone? Anyone?

Looks to me like four ordinary 2-prong plugs crammed into a single outlet box. (I have something similar, though less crowded, in my kitchen.)

That very well could be. They act like ordinary 2-prong plugs.
