Classic Bellini
A Bellini is a great drink to order when you want something cold and fruity, but still want to look sophisticated. There are about a million variations of this drink (even the classic version - go figure). I like to order these in the summer with a salad.
Ingredients:
- 4 white peaches (skinned, pitted and pureed)
- 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine
- Crushed ice
Preparation:
- Pour peach puree over crushed ice into a blender.
- Blend
- Add bottle of Prosecco to blender.
- Pulse lightly.
- Pour into wine flutes
