Peach Mojito with Sugar Cane
A fresh drink for a steamy afternoon.
Ingredients:
- 20 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 oz. simple syrup
- 4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 10 oz. light rum
- 10 oz. Peach Schnapps
- Ginger Ale
- 2-4, 8 inch stalks of sugar cane
Preparation
- In a large pitcher, stir the mint, simple syrup and lime juice until the mint is aromatic.
- Add rum and peach schnapps.
- Stir lightly to blend.
- Pour mixture into highball glasses filled with ice - stir.
- Top off glasses with ginger ale.
- Garnish with sugar cane
