I have been watching Heroes since the first episode and I just love it. I especially love the Cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere), she is smart, adorable and sexy all at the same time (something you almost never find). Her character has singlehandedly given cheerleaders a better reputation. And she takes getting mutilated so darn well, that you just have to love her.

I knew that she had been in television for awhile and had done some movies. But what I didn’t know, was that she has been singing right along with acting all this time. If you check out her MySpace page, you can get an idea of what her music has sounded like in the past. I will even admit to liking the song “Try” ( - which she sings) from the Bridge to Terabithia soundtrack.

Her as yet to be released, untitled debut album is going to have the single “Wake Up Call”. But instead of waiting, you lucky people can hear it (and see the video) - just below… Fair warning - I liked the video a whole lot better with the volume muted.

The comments on YouTube compared it to Paris Hilton’s “Stars Are Blind” song:

Personally, I am not sure. I think that the songs have some similarities, but I can’t be sure because I wasn’t able to listen to the Paris Hilton song all the way through.
