To typo or not to typo
I have admitted it before and will admit it again: my posts are full of grammatical errors and typos. My budget does not allow for me to hire a good editor, so everyone that reads this seems to have been kind enough to let me have a pass with all my run on sentences and misuse of the dash - my favorite way to create more entertaining run-on sentences :-). Although I do admire those folks who can refrain from putting all their thoughts into one sentence AND who can actually create a typo free post (two years of this and I think I might have one - but not this one). Which leads me to a very entertaining group of people called the Typo Eradication Advancement League (TEAL) who had made it their mission to correct the typos they find loose out on the public. I did notice that they have never been to Oklahoma - I’m sure that they could spend a lifetime here and still not make a dent in the number of typos. I admire them and I wish them the best of luck - but I do wonder if correcting typos could be seen as a form of vandalism (albeit a noble form). Now if they would like to come over to my blog and be my editor, I wouldn’t be completely opposed…
