Apple IIc Unboxed
If you remember the good ol’ days of computing, then you remember the Apple IIc. It was so small that it was almost a laptop without the monitor. And the monitor was small enough to fit into a bowling bag (if you were so inclined). I loved the IIc. It is either a love it or hate it relationship that people have with the IIc - most of my family hated it, so I took it over and it became mine. I blame the Apple IIc for my inability to type with my pinkies (the keyboard was just too small to use all your fingers on and it was the machine that I learned to type on). I used the heck out of the thing and I still retained ownership of it (and was able to use it) up until a few years ago when it was finally put to rest (along with the Hayes 1200 baud modem that I was so fond of).
Enough of my ramblings! What sparked this jaunt down memory lane was the Dan Says flickr set as found on Boing Boing.
