Mobile Training

I have been using a mobile device of one type or another for quite some time now. My first cell phone (portable version - I am not including the car phone that I once had) that I had didn’t do much more than make and receive calls. While the one I have now does oh so much more. Each day it seems like a new device comes to market with more features in it than the previous version(s). Every other day, it seems, I receive a phone call from someone I know for technical support on their phone (this has been a nice change from the previous computer technical support calls I used to receive). I help the nice person (generally a friend or family member) with their phone troubles and off they go. But it never even occurred to me that there ought to be a training facility that these people should be going to for help. But now I have seen the light and I can start referring others to seek professional help. Hmmm… maybe I need to see if they have any job openings.
