W-O-R-K
Yep, work is still a 4 letter word. Today is National Goof Off Day and here I am at work. I can think of at least a dozen other things that I could be doing if I didn’t have to be at work. In honor of the holiday, let’s name a few:
- playing ball in the park with the dogs
- painting my toe nails
- rollerblading
- sleeping
- watching bad television
- playing video games
- creating new alcoholic beverages (and possibly drinking them - depends on what I put in them)
- visiting with friends
- reading a recommended book
Norah Vincent’s “Self Made Man: One Woman’s Journey into Manhood and Back” - acquiring better Poker skills
Ah well - back to work.
